Our Dudedad athletic shirts are made of 100% polyester and have been thoroughly tested for performance by several distance runners, cyclists, hikers, and gym rats. They are great for warm weather, or as a base layer in the colder months for skiing, snowboarding, hockey, etc. The fit is loose enough to avoid restricting movement but not overly loose and sizing is standard. If your dude generally wears a large, get him a large.
